All drop off and pick up times are approximate.
last pick up times for outdoor hires are:
March between 6 / 7pm
April – May between 7 / 8pm
June – August between8 / 8:30pm
September between7 / 8pm
October between 5 / 6pm
November – March between 3 / 3:30pm
Overnight hire are available on selected item
HIRE AGREEMENT
Please ensure the delivery driver has free and easy access to errect the castle onto a clean flat lawn. Please ensure the area is clear of garden furniture, toys and most importantly Dog Poo. Please be advised that if we arrive and there is insufficient space or the lawn is unsuitable (i.e. sloping or is unclean) full payment still has to be made. No refund will be made even in the event of
bad weather or unsuitability of hire after setting up. All payments must be in
cash and paid on delivery.
Hire of equipment is on a daily basis with delivery to your homes normally between 7am and 12pm and collection from 6pm as per arrangements. Delivery to indoor venues such as village halls, clubs, play centres can be specially arranged with times agreed on booking.
All of our units have an age limit of 11 years of age. Unless specified for adult use.
No face paints, party poppers, coloured streamers, silly string and washing up liquid to be used either on or
near the Bouncy castle. Any damage which occurs because of the above will be charges to the hirer.
Climbing, hanging or sitting on walls is DANGEROUS and must not be allowed
The inflatable must not be overloaded and an adequate bouncing space must be available for each person whilst on the inflatable so as not to cause contact to others whilst bouncing. Also the front step is only designed for climbing on and off the bouncy castles. So must not be use for bouncing.
Larger children must be segregated from the smaller ones
The inflatable must not be deflated/inflated with adults & children standing in or on the castles. The anchor points must not be tampered with. Please ensure all crash mats remain against each other and stay in touch with the front step.
No pets and toys allowed on or near the bouncy castle.
No BBQ to be set up near the castles, No food, drink or smoking is allowed on or near the bouncy
castle. (Please note if the equipment is collected in a dirty condition then the person hiring will incur a charge)
All foot wear, sharp instruments, jewellery and spectacles must be removed before bouncy castles use.
The inflatable is not to be used by persons over 11, unless adult hire has been agreed by
Bounceroos. Any child taller than the inside wall is not permitted to use it. Under
NO CIRCUMSTANCES should adults enter onto the castle as this may result in
damage. Any adult found using a childrens castle will be charged £25.
Any damage caused due to misuse will be charges to the hirer.
In the event that the blower stops working, please ensure all users get off the inflatable immediately. Check the fuses and make sure the blower tube or deflation tube has not come undone or something has not blown onto and is obstructing the blower. In the event that it overheats, or loses power, switch the blower off at the mains then switch it back on again 1 or 2 minutes later. Please note all persons using this inflatable do so at their own risk. The person or organization hiring this inflatable equipment will be responsible / liable for any damage or injury occurring from or as a result of misuse or reckless use.
In the event of heavy rain, it is strongly recommended that the children or adults are not allowed on the Bouncy castles until the rain has stopped. Any wetness, including bubbling (which is normal) can be dried with a towel once the rain as stopped.
Please leave the bouncy castle fully inflated, so we can
inspect upon collection.

or injury whilst our equipment is under hire to you.
DISCLAIMER
IMPORTANT NOTICE: Provided that the equipment is used in accordance with the above guidelines and conditions of hire, those using the inflatable should do so safely. However, accidents can happen. Bounceroos can accept no liability for injuries sustained or other lost , howsoever caused, in the absence of the negligence of Bounceroos or its employee . As the equipment will be in the hirer’s possession and control whilst in use rather than Bounceroos, any liability for injuries or other losses caused other than in the circumstances described above rests with the hirer. Accordingly, it is strongly recommended that the hirer ……………………….. Has adequate public liability insurance covering his or her liability arising from the use of the inflatable.
I DELARE that I have read and understand these term and conditions of hire and any relevant operating and safety instructions supplied with the equipment, and I sign the contract fully aware of the implication and responsibilities place upon me by doing so.
